We are looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team in Noida, Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on technical positions within the IT sector. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet our clients' needs. Responsibilities

- Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for technical roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in developing job descriptions and specifications for technical positions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skills in the IT industry.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring teams.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search and social media recruiting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

This is a full-time Technical Recruiter role located on-site in Noida. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, technical recruiting, and effective communication with candidates and clients.
