Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for answering and addressing customer queries through calls

- Sales Support
- To Analyze customer requirements

- Ownership of Customer issues and resolving them on a priority

- Multi-Tasking skills

- Versatile to work on a shift basis

Preferred candidate profile

- This opening is specifically for the late/evening shifts (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM).Please apply only if you are able to work these hours.

- Any graduation

- Maximum age limit 26 years

Note - Rotational Shifts and Rotational Weekly off(No night shift)
