Role & responsibilities

- Plan and deliver English Language and Literature lessons effectively.

- Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, speaking, and comprehension skills.

- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, projects, and assessments.

- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

- Encourage creative writing, critical thinking, and communication skills.

- Conduct classroom discussions, literary activities, debates, and presentations.

- Maintain academic records and student progress reports.

- Participate in curriculum planning and school activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in English or related discipline.

- Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience as an English Teacher.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.

- Experience teaching CBSE curriculum.

- Proficiency in ICT-enabled teaching strategies.

- Robust knowledge of grammar, literature, and language pedagogy.

- Ability to motivate and mentor students effectively.
