Designation: Spanish Language Specialist

Qualification: Graduate (UG/Any Graduate)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience preferred

Language Requirement: Spanish B2 Certification Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer interactions in Spanish through voice and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Maintain quality and process compliance standards.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant systems.

Candidate Requirements:

- B2-level Spanish proficiency with a valid certification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Excellent comprehension and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in a customer service workplace.
- Prior experience in an international BPO or customer service process is preferred
