We are looking for dynamic, high-performing sales professionals to join our Secured Business Lending division, specifically focusing on Prime Loan Against Property (LAP). This is an impactful sales role where you will drive business growth by catering to high-ticket secured loan requirements for businesses and high-net-worth individuals.

- Ticket Size: 25 Lakhs to 25 Crores
- Sourcing Channels: Direct Branch Sourcing & Direct Selling Agents (DSA) Network

Core Responsibilities:

- Business Generation: Drive monthly business targets by sourcing high-ticket Prime LAP cases ranging from 25L to 25 Cr.
- Channel Management: Build, activate, and manage a robust network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and connectors to ensure a steady pipeline of logins.
- Direct Sourcing: Leverage branch walk-ins, existing portfolios, and cold sourcing channels to maximize market penetration.
- End-to-End Execution: Manage the complete loan lifecycle from initial customer meeting, login, and documentation to coordinating with Credit/Risk teams for approval and final disbursement.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor LAP products, and local market dynamics to pitch effectively.





Who We Are Looking For

- Experience: 2 to 8 years of experience in Secured Business Lending, Mortgage Sales, LAP, or Business Loans.
- Network: Robust existing relationships with DSAs and financial consultants in your respective city.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with a solid understanding of financial documentation and balance sheet analysis.
- Education: Graduate in any stream (MBA / Post Graduation in Finance or Marketing is preferred).
