Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to design, build, deploy, and support secure, scalable business solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. The role combines hands-on development, solution design, data and integration expertise, governance and stakeholder engagement.

Domain Preference: Retail / Pricing & Promotion Analytics not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy and support enterprise solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse.
- Build responsive Canvas Apps and robust Model-Driven Apps using reusable components, sound data models, role-based security, and accessible user experiences.
- Design cloud flows, approval workflows, exception handling, notifications, monitoring, and recovery mechanisms in Power Automate.
- Create governed Power BI semantic models, reports, dashboards, dataflows, and reusable datasets using Power Query and advanced DAX.
- Gather requirements, map current and future-state processes, assess solution options, estimate effort, and convert business needs into technical designs and delivery plans.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dataverse, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL, Azure services, Dynamics 365, REST APIs, and approved third-party systems.
- Implement application lifecycle management using solutions, workplace variables, connection references, source control, automated deployment pipelines, and release documentation.
- Apply platform governance, data-loss-prevention policies, security, privacy, licensing, auditability, and environment-management standards in partnership with architecture and security teams.
- Optimize application, workflow,



and report performance; diagnose production issues; manage technical debt; and improve the reliability of existing solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience delivering production-grade Power Platform solutions in enterprise or regulated environments.
- Advanced hands-on proficiency in Power Apps, including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Fx, Dataverse tables, forms, views, business rules, and security roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Power Automate, including cloud flows, approvals, expressions, error handling, child flows, connectors, gateways, and operational monitoring.
- Strong Power BI capability, including data modelling, star schemas, DAX, Power Query, row-level security, deployment practices, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, APIs, JSON, and data integration patterns.
- Working knowledge of Power Platform administration, environment strategy, governance, solution packaging, and application lifecycle management.
- Understanding of identity, access control, data security, privacy, and compliance considerations for enterprise solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, presentation skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Developer Associate, Power BI Data Analyst Associate, or Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
- Experience with Power Pages, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, custom connectors, component framework extensions, or Azure Functions.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub, automated testing, CI/CD, and managed environments.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365, Microsoft Fabric, on-premises data gateways, or robotic process automation.
