- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter with exposure of Contract and Contract to Hire and Fulltime roles
- Knowledge of IT industry trends, technologies, and roles.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
- Experience with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.
- Bachelors degree in human resources, IT, or related field.
- Understanding of sourcing strategies and techniques.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in technical recruiting.
