Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment. The candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals across various technologies. The ideal candidate should be able to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, work closely with hiring managers/clients, and deliver quality profiles within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and social platforms.
- Screen candidates technically and evaluate skill fitment based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial discussions with candidates regarding skills,



experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
- Submit quality profiles within agreed TAT and SLA timelines.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates for interview feedback, offer acceptance, and joining confirmation.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Delivery Teams, and Clients for recruitment updates.
- Handle multiple IT requirements simultaneously and prioritize based on business needs
