Work Location: Sholinganallur and Ambattur -Chennai, India

Business Unit: Retail Banking Mortgages & Consumer Lending

- Work Location: Sholinganallur

- Designation: Associate/ Analyst

- Process: Inbound Call
- Experience: 1-3 years / 3- 6 years in International Voice Process
- Education Eligibility: 12th Pass / Any Graduate / Postgraduate





Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to client queries via voice & written communication, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions
- Handle inquiries related to products, services, data, and client accounts
- Manage multiple client queries efficiently using workflow tools
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
- Ensure client satisfaction with service excellence and a customer-first approach
