Scope of Work
- End-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Screening and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinating interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Managing recruitment activities for assigned positions.
- Supporting the overall hiring process and maintaining recruitment records.
What Were Looking For
- Hands-on experience in recruitment/HR recruitment.
- Valuable communication and computer skills.
- Knowledge of South Indian languages will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working on an off-role payroll.
