Role & responsibilities

Recruitment

- Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies, job portal and Internal references

- Conducting HR Interviews and Coordination with BU Heads

- Initiating Back Ground Verification

- Issuing LOI and confirming on-boarded status.

- Facilitating joining formalities, HR Orientation and Induction

- Reviewing & updating for all positions regularly

HR Operations

- Onboarding formalities and yearly forms for employees

- Maintain employees leaves, attendance / absenteeism and OT record

- Managing employment records, Performance data.

- Reviewing and communicating HR policies & procedures

- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employees termination

- Managing Exit documentations and credentials

HR Administration





- All relevant HR letters/documents/certificates, Credentials etc.,

- Any employee enquiries & grievances.

- Handling MIS reports

Preferred candidate profile

- Any Degree / MBA / MSW or equivalent in Human Resources

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in an HR Recruiter

- Knowledge and experience in compensation, recruitment, employee relations and employee engagement.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Ability to handle multi-tasks in a rapid paced & challenging environment.
