NJ Technologies Pvt Ltd is a recruitment and staffing company with 7+ years of experience in Non-IT volume hiring and Talent Acquisition. We are expanding our recruitment team at our Manivila, Kerala branch and are looking for motivated HR Recruiters Freshers & Experienced to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, references and other recruitment channels.
- Make professional candidate calls and understand candidate requirements.
- Screen candidates based on job eligibility, experience, location, salary expectations and availability.
- Explain job opportunities, roles, salary, shifts and interview processes clearly.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate trackers, interview status, selection and joining updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and client requirements.
- Ensure candidates are properly prepared for interviews and joining.
- Maintain post-joining communication and support candidate retention.
- Build candidate references and referral networks.
- Achieve assigned monthly recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality and process compliance.

Training & Probation The first 6 months will be a structured Training & Probation period. Freshers will receive guidance and practical training on recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, calling, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, client requirements and recruitment performance.



The standard recruiter performance expectation is 15 joiners per month from Day 1, including during probation, subject to applicable process/project requirements.

- Candidates with good command of English, both verbal and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to recruitment processes.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, professional behaviour and strong work discipline.
- Freshers with the right attitude and leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / BPO Recruitment will be an advantage.
