Warehouse Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations professional to manage end-to-end warehouse activities, ensuring timely movement, accurate inventory management and seamless dispatch of materials to stores.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inwarding, outwarding, storage and dispatch of materials while maintaining accurate system records.

- Plan and execute timely dispatches for new store openings, existing stores, campaigns and business requirements.

- Coordinate with vendors, courier partners and internal stakeholders for procurement, replenishment and deliveries.

- Track material movement from vendor, warehouse ,store and ensure timely delivery.

- Maintain accurate inventory records, stock reconciliation and stock levels; identify and address discrepancies.

- Conduct periodic stock audits and support internal/external audit requirements.

- Manage reverse logistics, including damaged/returned materials, replacements and return documentation.

- Coordinate for credit notes, invoice reversals and refunds with relevant teams.





- Ensure proper packing, labelling, documentation and challan/receipt management for all shipments.

- Prepare and share regular warehouse, inventory, dispatch and delivery reports.

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines and process compliance.

Experience &

- Qualification

- 1-4 years of relevant experience in Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics or Supply Chain Operations.

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Experience in retail/FMCG/consumer goods or a similar workplace would be an advantage.
