Position: Fraud / Crime Compliance – Voice Process
Experience: Minimum 1 Year Relevant Fraud Voice Process Experience
Qualification: Any Graduate
CTC: Up to 7.5 LPA
Work Location: Kokapet, Hyderabad
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Shifts: Rotational Shifts
Transportation: Cab Facility Available
Cab Radius: Transportation support within approximately 25 km from the work location
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 1 year of relevant Fraud Voice Process experience is mandatory
- Experience in Fraud Prevention / Fraud Investigation / Crime Compliance / Financial Crime voice processes
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Strong customer-handling and communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to identify and handle potentially fraudulent or suspicious activities
- Candidates with experience in international fraud / financial crime processes preferred
