Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and service requests through international email support.
- Respond to emails professionally and within the defined turnaround time.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.
- Make or receive occasional calls for clarification, verification, or issue resolution.
- Maintain a professional tone in both written and verbal communication.
- Update customer information and interactions in CRM/ticketing systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Follow company policies, quality standards, and data-security procedures.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer-service targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Good email-writing and grammar skills.
- Basic to good communication skills for occasional calls.
- Good typing and computer skills.




- Solid customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work with international customers.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts, if required.

Qualification
- Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous experience in international email, chat, or semi-voice support is an advantage.
