Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow communication scripts, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Meet assigned performance metrics such as call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Excellent spoken English and good communication skills.
- Clear pronunciation and a neutral or internationally understandable accent.
- Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM systems.




- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
- Candidates should be comfortable communicating with customers from different countries.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
