Role & responsibilities
- Process and verify loan/financial disbursement requests.
- Verify customer documents and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Check bank account details and payment information for accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely disbursements.
- Maintain accurate records of disbursement transactions.
- Handle and resolve disbursement-related queries and discrepancies.
- Prepare daily and weekly disbursement reports.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain proper documentation.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
