- 1-2 years of experience in desktop support or related field (Mandatory)
- Experience in Ubuntu (Mandatory)
- In-depth knowledge of desktop hardware and software systems
- Proficient in computer operating systems like Mac, Linux, and Windows
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
