Position: Deputy Area Manager / Deputy Manager - Personal Loan.
Location: Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Pune, Mumbai, Ghaziabad, Hyderabad, Somajiguda, Bengaluru, Residency Road.
Department: Personal Loan - Open Market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive Personal Loan business through open-market acquisition.
- Manage and develop a team of Sales Officers/Executives.
- Generate leads through market visits.
- Achieve monthly business, disbursement, and productivity targets.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and credit/process guidelines.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Personal Loan/Consumer Finance/Sales.
- Experience in open-market sales
- Robust communication, sales, negotiation, and target-management skills.
