We're Xpacklive, a full-service advertising and marketing agency in Janakpuri, and we're hiring a Creative Content Editor who can independently handle video editing, AI-powered video creation, graphic design, and social media content - across our own brand and multiple client accounts.

This role is for someone who's already comfortable mixing traditional editing craft with AI tools, and who actually enjoys testing new platforms as they drop.

Role & responsibilities

What you'll do

- Edit videos for Reels, Shorts, YouTube, ad campaigns and brand films using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or Filmora
- Create AI-generated videos using tools like Runway, Kling AI, Google Veo, Luma AI, Pika, HeyGen, Synthesia, and InVideo AI for concept videos, promo content, avatar-led videos, and fast-turnaround social posts
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound design and color correction
- Repurpose long-form content into short, platform-optimized clips
- Design posters, banners, ad creatives and static posts using Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Firefly, and Canva Pro (Magic Design, Magic Switch, Magic Media)
- Build scroll-stopping Instagram/LinkedIn carousels, including light copywriting for slides




- Manage content calendars and posting schedules for the agency and multiple client profiles simultaneously (Meta Business Suite + Buffer/Later/Hootsuite)
- Track engagement and suggest improvements based on what's actually performing
- Stay on top of trends, algorithm changes and new AI tools daily, and bring fresh formats to the team

Preferred candidate profile

- 1-2 years of experience in video editing, graphic design, or social media content creation agency experience preferred
- Working knowledge of AI video/content tools (Runway, Kling AI, HeyGen, etc.) curiosity to keep learning new ones matters more than mastering every tool on day one
- Strong hands-on skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- A strong portfolio/demo reel with video edits, AI-generated content, posters and carousels (mandatory to apply)
- Positive sense of typography, color, layout and storytelling
- Ability to juggle multiple client briefs and deadlines independently, without being chased
- Figma knowledge is a plus
