Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a CDP.
- Previous hotel/resort experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking.
- Ability to handle a kitchen section independently.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food according to hotel standards.
- Manage and supervise the assigned kitchen section.
- Ensure proper food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff during service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Monitor food stock and ingredients.
- Follow food safety and kitchen procedures.
