Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Computer Operator to support retail operations, billing activities, and sales teams. The role involves managing data entry, billing transactions, inventory records, reports, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform billing and invoicing activities accurately and efficiently.

- Support daily retail operations by maintaining sales and transaction records.

- Enter, update, and verify data in company systems and spreadsheets.

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.

- Assist the sales team with customer information, order processing, and documentation.

- Maintain inventory records and coordinate with relevant departments for stock updates.

- Monitor billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies in coordination with the showroom team.

- Handle filing, scanning, and documentation of operational records.

- Ensure timely submission of reports and maintain data confidentiality.





- Provide administrative and system support to showroom staff as required.

Requirements:

- Plus two or Diploma in any discipline.

- 13 years of experience in retail operations, billing, or data management (freshers with strong computer skills may also apply).

- Excellent computer skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and data entry processes.

- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with billing software, ERP systems, or retail management software.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

- Ability to handle large datasets and prepare MIS reports.

- Basic understanding of retail operations and sales processes.
