As a Business Development Manager at OYU Green, youll be based on-site in Gurugram, HR OR Bhopal, MP. Driving new business across climate finance, carbon offset projects, and corporate sustainability. You’ll identify and qualify prospects, build strong corporate relationships, create compelling proposals, negotiate impactful partnerships, manage the sales pipeline, track performance, and represent OYU Green at industry events and stakeholder meetings—turning business opportunities into measurable impact and revenue.

Roles & Responsibilities

Research and identify key prospects in new or existing markets based on the assigned sectors

Manage business development pipeline, generate leads,



and cold call prospective clients

Meet with customers in person or over video conference

Foster and develop relationships with customers

Understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively

Keep abreast of trends and changes in sustainability

Required Skills

3+ years as a Business Development Executive/Manager experience into B2B Business Development & Sales

Confident in presentations and stakeholder engagement Strategic & Analytical Mindset – Market research, opportunity assessment & revenue forecasting.

Cross-functional teamwork with willingness to travel

Experience in Climate, Consulting, Financial Services or Social Enterprises is a solid advantage.
