- Perform Current Owner Search (COS) and Full Owner Search (FOS) for US properties.
- Research county public records and title search platforms to establish property ownership and chain of title.
- Review deeds, mortgages, assignments, liens, judgments, taxes, easements and legal descriptions.
- Identify ownership transfers, open mortgages, encumbrances and potential title issues.
- Prepare accurate title search reports within defined TAT and quality standards.
- Handle searches across multiple US states/counties.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in US Mortgage Title Search – COS/FOS.
- Valuable knowledge of US real estate/title terminology and county records.
- Experience with tools such as DataTrace, DataTree, TitlePoint, NETR Online or similar platforms is preferred.
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail and willingness to work US shifts.
Preferred: Immediate joiners / short notice candidates.
