Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Develop and implement effective payroll systems and processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll with other financial systems.
- Analyze and resolve complex payroll-related issues and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to payroll.
- Lead and mentor a team of payroll professionals to achieve departmental goals.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, management, and administration.
- Experience with payroll software and systems, including implementation and maintenance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Master degree in Finance /CA/CPA/CMA or MBA HR.
