- Make and receive calls from customers regarding insurance enquiries.
- Explain insurance products, coverage, premium, and policy details to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable insurance quotations.
- Follow up with customers for quotation, payment, renewal, and policy issuance.
- Maintain customer details and update call/follow-up status in Excel or CRM.
- Coordinate with the insurance operations and sales team to complete customer requirements.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
