Education & ExperienceRequired

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in a CNC/VMC machining workplace.

- Hands-on experience in:

- CNC/VMC machine setup and changeovers

- Tool selection and tool changes

- Tool offsets and wear monitoring

- Reading engineering drawings

- Understanding process sheets and control plans

- Basic CNC programming / G-code

- Ability to independently manage machines and guide operators on the shopfloor.

Preferred

- Experience in automotive, engineering, or precision machining components.

- Exposure to multiple part numbers and frequent machine changeovers.

- Awareness of ISO / IATF-related shopfloor practices.

- Experience with production documentation, inspection requirements, and traceability.

- Willingness to learn advanced CNC programming, process optimization, and machining improvement techniques.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
