About Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead and manage our Video KYC (VKYC) operations. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end VKYC verification process in compliance with RBI regulations, organizational policies, and service quality benchmarks. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in banking, NBFC, or fintech environments, with strong leadership, compliance management, and process optimization capabilities to deliver a seamless and secure customer onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the VKYC operations team to ensure smooth execution of daily videoverification activities.

- Ensure strict compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, and audit standardsthroughout the VKYC process.

- Implement and monitor quality control frameworks to prevent fraud, detect discrepancies,and maintain data accuracy.

- Provide direction and support to the team in handling escalations, complex cases, andcustomer queries.

- Collaborate with compliance, technology, and operations teams to integrate regulatorychanges, system upgrades, and process improvements.

- Monitor and report operational performance metrics (TAT, success rates, error rates, customer satisfaction, etc.) to senior management.

- Drive automation, digital adoption,



and process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiencyand customer experience.

- Conduct regular training and development programs to strengthen team expertise incompliance, systems, and customer interaction.

- Identify process gaps and implement corrective measures for continuous improvement.

- Uphold the highest standards of data security, confidentiality, and customer service in allVKYC activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in managing Video KYC operations within Banks,NBFCs, or Fintech organizations.

Skills & Competencies

- Robust leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in handling customer interactions over video calls with professionalism.

- In-depth knowledge of KYC/AML guidelines and regulatory frameworks (preferred).

- High attention to detail and accuracy in compliance-driven environments.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage operations within strict timelines
