We are partnering with a globally renowned fashion retail brand to hire a creative and commercially driven Visual Merchandising professional to lead in-store styling and visual presentation initiatives across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead seasonal styling and visual merchandising execution across stores
- Develop VM guidelines aligned with brand philosophy and fashion trends
- Drive store displays, sales area planning, and customer experience enhancement
- Conduct VM training and provide guidance to store teams
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize product appeal and sales

Key Requirements





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion / Visual Merchandising
- 5–7 years of VM styling experience in the apparel retail industry
- Solid expertise in store styling, display execution, and team leadership
- Creative mindset with excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience training and developing store teams preferred
