Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute Visual Merchandising and space design across Urban Ladder retail stores.

- Manage space planning, store layouts, product zoning and fixture planning.

- Lead and manage the VM team and train retail associates on VM standards.

- Take ownership of Recent Store Openings (NSO) and ensure VM readiness before launch.

- Ensure consistent VM presentation and brand guidelines across all stores.

- Develop mock-ups, source materials, samples, props and other VM requirements.

- Optimize store space through effective planogram and space management.

- Manage and control budgets for VM activities and new store launches.
- Research and implement new and innovative VM concepts to improve customer experience and store performance.

- Coordinate with Retail, Design,



Operations and other stakeholders for smooth execution.

Key Skills &

Requirements :

- Strong experience in Retail Visual Merchandising planning and execution.
- Experience in New Store Opening (NSO) and store launch activities.
- Strong knowledge of store layout and fixture planning.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD/drawings.
- Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a VM team.
- Experience in retail design / visual merchandising is preferred.
- A background in Design, Retail Design or Visual Merchandising will be an added advantage
