Help shape how Parampara looks, moves and communicates across social, video and digital. We’re looking for a multidisciplinary designer who enjoys working across formats - and wants to build a strong body of work while helping shape a young consumer brand.

YOU’LL WORK ON

- Designing social media creatives and carousels
- Editing short-form videos and reels
- Creating basic motion graphics and animations
- Designing website and campaign assets
- Experimenting with current visual formats and creative concepts
- Occasionally helping with creative copy and content ideas

IDEAL FOR SOMEONE WHO

- Has a strong visual eye and understands contemporary/luxury design
- Is comfortable with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut/Premiere Pro or similar
- Can work across both static design and video




- Is organised, proactive and comfortable owning projects
- Is interested in fashion, weddings, luxury, culture or consumer brands
- Likes experimenting rather than just executing templates

Stipend: ₹20,000/month

Your portfolio matters more to us than your degree or years of experience. This role is intended to convert into a full-time Visual Designer position for someone who works well with the team and consistently produces strong work.
