About the role
We are looking for detail-oriented professionals and subject-matter experts to support a specialized AI data project involving the review, interpretation, annotation, and description of complex visual content. The role involves working with scientific, technical, geospatial, patent, expert-report, and real-world data visualizations to create accurate and meaningful descriptions.
The objective is to help improve AI systems’ ability to understand and interpret specialized visual information.
Engagement Details
- Duration: 1 month, extendable
- Schedule: Availability for 6 hours per day
- Work Type: Freelance / Remote
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and interpret assigned images, diagrams, charts, graphs, maps, and technical visuals.
- Create accurate, objective, and easy-to-understand descriptions of the visual content.
- For graphs/charts, provide a single paragraph of 3–5 sentences:
- Start with the main trend or key insight.
- Highlight 1–3 significant values, ranges, comparisons, or relationships.
- Clearly distinguish observations from interpretations using terms such as suggests, indicates, appears to, or is consistent with where appropriate.
- Mention the relevant timeframe when applicable.
- End with the key takeaway or important trend/value to watch.
- Follow project-specific guidelines and maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's, Master's, PhD, or equivalent expertise in a relevant field such as:
Life Sciences / Biomedical Sciences
Medicine / Healthcare
Engineering
Architecture / Technical Design
Geospatial Science / Geography / GIS
Data Science / Statistics
Patent/Technical Documentation
- Robust analytical and visual interpretation skills.
- Excellent written communication and ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Ability to understand technical terminology and specialized visual content.
Deliverables :
- Accurate descriptions and annotations of assigned visual datasets.
- Expert interpretations and observations where applicable.
- High-quality, complete, and consistent outputs within defined timelines.
- Corrections/revisions based on quality feedback, where required.

- Engagement duration and working hours will be communicated based on project requirements.
- Candidates may be assigned datasets aligned with their educational background, professional expertise, or demonstrated subject-matter knowledge.
