Responsibilities

- Provide counsel and information to applicants regarding the visa application process.

- Understand the requirements of different visa categories.

- Organize and manage documents and paperwork related to visa applications.

- Answer queries and provide support for visa-related matters.

- Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest immigration policies and regulations.

- Create and maintain an accurate and well-structured filing system.

- Update visa records in the system.

- Ensure clients comply with the terms and conditions of their visas.

Requirements

- Prior experience in visa services.

- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Knowledge of immigration policies and regulations.

- Valuable problem-solving capabilities.

Pay: ₹11,191.89 - ₹35,667.27 per month
