About the Role:

Nexus Visa is hiring an experienced International Visa Counsellor for our Rajkot branch. You will guide clients through the visa process for countries like Canada, UK, USA, Australia, and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel walk-in and phone enquiries about Study, Visitor, and Work visa options
- Check client profiles and eligibility for different countries
- Explain documentation, visa process, and timelines to clients
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into registrations




- Coordinate with the documentation/filing team
- Maintain client records and give regular updates

Requirements (Must Have):

- 6 months to 1 year experience as a Visa Counsellor / Immigration Counsellor / Study Abroad Counsellor
- Knowledge of visa processes for at least 1–2 countries
- Good communication in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
- Rajkot-based or willing to join immediately
