About the Role

We are looking for a Videographer who can independently plan and shoot high-quality video content for social media, e-commerce, campaigns and brand communication.

You will work closely with the Creative Director, Social Media, Photographer, Video Editor and Marketing teams to create engaging, platform-first video content.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media content
- Shoot fashion, lifestyle, product and campaign videos
- Handle video production for in-house studio shoots and outdoor/location shoots
- Set up and operate cameras, lenses, lighting and other video equipment
- Create trend-based and social-first video content
- Shoot product videos, styling videos, BTS, interviews and brand storytelling
- Shoot content for influencer and creator collaborations
- Capture high-quality footage for performance marketing and digital ads
- Work with the Creative Director to execute creative concepts and visual references
- Plan shots, angles, camera movements and compositions according to the brief
- Understand and execute different visual styles depending on the campaign
- Coordinate with models, creators, stylists and other production team members during shoots
- Ensure proper framing, exposure, focus, lighting and overall footage quality
- Manage and organise raw footage and ensure proper file transfer and backup




- Work closely with the Video Editor to ensure the footage is suitable for post-production
- Keep up with new shooting techniques, trends and social media formats

What We’re Looking For

- 2–4 years of skilled videography experience
- Strong experience in fashion, lifestyle, D2C or social media content is preferred
- Strong knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting and video equipment
- Good understanding of composition, framing, camera movement and visual storytelling
- Experience shooting Reels and short-form content
- Ability to independently execute a shoot from brief to footage delivery
- Good understanding of studio and location lighting
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shoots
- Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus

Important

This is a hands-on videography role. You should be able to take a creative brief/reference and independently plan and execute the shoot.

The role will involve studio shoots, outdoor shoots, influencer shoots, product shoots and regular social media content production.

A practical videography assignment/test shoot may be shared with shortlisted candidates as part of the selection process.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
