Job Purpose
Carry out customer identification through video calls, adhering to KYC and AML standards as per regulatory guidelines. Ensure compliance with processes and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Video Customer Identification
Carry out customer identification via video calls.
Perform due diligence checks and review KYC documentation.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and credibility in duties.
Close requests within stipulated timelines.
Interaction Quality
Capture call interactions completely and accurately.
Maintain defect rates within acceptable levels.
Customer Service
Exhibit the highest standards of customer service.
Ensure customer comfort during the verification process.
Adhere to the bank's grooming standards.
Business Value Additions
Promote digital banking services and cross-sell products.
Profile customers to enable appropriate cross-servicing.
Audit and Service Quality
Follow all systems and processes as per audit and management guidelines.
Process and submit KYC requests accurately and on time.
