Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Bengaluru.

The Video

Editor will work closely with the production and creative teams to edit event footage, promotional videos, and social media content, ensuring alignment with brand and client requirements. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, trimming and sequencing clips, syncing audio, applying transitions, and integrating graphics and motion elements. The role also involves color grading, basic sound refinement, and preparing final deliverables optimized for multiple platforms.

Editor is expected to contribute creative ideas, maintain organized project files, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced event setting.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in video production and video editing, including handling various formats and timelines.
- Proficiency in video color grading and visual refinement to maintain consistent, high-quality output.




- Ability to create and integrate motion graphics for titles, lower thirds, and dynamic visual elements.
- Experience working with graphics to support branding, event visuals, and promotional materials.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion/graphics tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and music selection, with attention to detail and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, take feedback constructively, and work on-site with flexible hours during peak event periods.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field; prior experience in events or live production environments is an advantage.
