We are looking for experienced VKYC (Video Know Your Customer) professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate should be presentable, confident, and have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers over video calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer verification through Video KYC (VKYC) processes.
- Verify customer information and documents as per company guidelines.
- Communicate professionally with customers during video interactions.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with VKYC procedures.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience: Prior experience in Video KYC / VKYC is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Presentable and confident personality.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts. & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day.
- Shift Timing: Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
- Weekly Off: Rotational off.
Immediate joiners / candidates with relevant VKYC experience will be preferred.
