Sthyra is a growing technology and creative driven company focused on building impactful digital experiences and brands. We are looking for a Video Editor who can transform ideas, footage and creative concepts into engaging, high quality video content for digital platforms.

Role Overview :

As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing engaging video content for Sthyra’s social media, marketing campaigns, brand communication and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is creative, detail oriented, trend aware and has a strong understanding of short form video content and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities :

- Edit high quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Edit promotional videos, brand videos, advertisements, product/service videos and social media content.
- Transform raw footage into engaging and visually compelling content.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, text animations, subtitles, sound effects, music and visual effects where appropriate.
- Create solid hooks and pacing to improve audience retention.
- Adapt videos into different aspect ratios and formats for various social media platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing, content and creative teams to understand campaign requirements.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, photographers and other team members to collect required assets.
- Select appropriate music, footage, visuals and sound effects to enhance storytelling.




- Maintain consistency with Sthyra’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Create multiple versions of videos for different campaigns and audiences.
- Review edits, incorporate feedback and deliver final videos within deadlines.
- Organize and maintain video assets, project files, footage and editing resources.
- Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, viral formats and emerging video content trends.

Required Skills :

- 1–2 years of professional experience as a Video Editor / Content Editor / Social Media Video Editor.
- Strong knowledge of professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Good understanding of short form video editing and social media content.
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, composition and visual storytelling.
- Ability to create engaging hooks and maintain audience attention.
- Knowledge of basic motion graphics, typography, color correction and sound design.
- Ability to work with different video formats, resolutions and aspect ratios.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
