About the Role

Turns raw footage, creative concepts, and brand requirements into polished video content for social media, brands, campaigns, and digital platforms, working closely with the creative and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Editing — Edit short- and long-form content (Reels, Shorts, brand and promotional videos); select and arrange footage, music, SFX, transitions, and graphics; maintain pacing and storytelling; add subtitles, captions, and basic effects; adapt across formats and aspect ratios.
- Creative Execution — Convert briefs into finished videos; suggest editing styles, hooks, and treatments; track current social video trends; keep outputs on-brand.
- Project & Workflow Management — Manage multiple edits within deadlines; organize footage, project files, and exports; revise per feedback with a clean editing workflow.

Required Skills

Must Have: Solid grasp of editing principles; working knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut; understanding of cuts, transitions, pacing, music,



and storytelling; familiarity with Reels/short-form content and video formats/resolutions/frame rates; robust attention to detail and deadline discipline.

Good to Have: After Effects/motion graphics basics; colour correction and grading; sound design; animated typography; photography/videography knowledge; brand or social content experience.

Who We're Looking For

Someone creative and visually curious, detail-oriented, open to feedback, able to work independently once briefed, and who understands editing as storytelling and timing — not just effects.

Education & Experience

Degree/diploma in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Animation, Film, or Media preferred, not mandatory. Freshers with strong editing skills and a good portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Portfolio Requirement

Instagram Reels, short-form videos, brand/promotional videos, YouTube content, event videos, motion graphics, or personal/creative projects.

Reporting & Collaboration

Reports to Creative / Project Lead; works with designers, videographers, photographers, marketing, and project teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
