About the Role

Create and edit cinematic project videos, AI-generated video content, launch teasers, social media reels, short and long-format content, and sales and marketing videos. Needs solid creative judgement, storytelling ability, and the ability to produce premium, brand-led visual content independently.

Experience in real estate, construction, architecture or project-based content is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

- Create and edit cinematic project videos.
- Create and edit AI-generated video content.
- Create and edit social media reels.
- Create and edit short and long-format content.
- Create and edit sales and marketing videos.

Qualifications

- Experience: 3-5 years preferred in video editing / post-production / branded content.

Required Skills

- Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite,



with strong motion graphics, 3D camera/motion tracking, compositing, colour grading, sound design and typography.
- Good technical understanding of video formats, codecs, resolutions, render workflows and editing systems.
- Familiarity with AI-based video/content creation tools is a must.
- Strong creative judgement and storytelling ability.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in real estate, construction, architecture or project-based content.
- Additional skills (advantage): videography, camera handling, mobile videography, shot composition, independent content shooting.
- Strong portfolio/showreel mandatory.
