Role Description The Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage into polished videos for events, advertising campaigns, social media, and other brand communication channels. Daily tasks include selecting and organizing clips, editing video sequences, adding motion graphics and titles, syncing sound, and performing basic color correction and grading to align with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with creative, marketing, and event teams to understand project requirements, incorporating feedback, and delivering videos on schedule.

Editor will also help optimize content for different platforms and maintain an organized library of video assets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Video Editing and Video Production skills, including experience working with professional editing software.
- Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills and an understanding of visual aesthetics, color theory, and brand consistency.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create engaging titles, lower thirds, transitions, and easy animations.
- Candidates should possess an eye for detail, storytelling ability, and familiarity with formats and specifications for digital and social media platforms.
- Relevant experience in advertising, events, or media production and a portfolio demonstrating previous video work are highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry-standard tools (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or equivalent) and basic audio editing skills is an advantage.
