Role Description This is a full-time Video Editor role based in Noida with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Video

Editor will assemble and edit video projects from raw footage, including selecting, trimming, and sequencing clips to create polished, engaging narratives. Day-to-day tasks include applying color grading, sound syncing, and basic audio clean-up, as well as incorporating graphics, text, and motion elements to enhance visual storytelling. The role involves collaborating with directors, designers, and clients to understand briefs, refine concepts, and deliver content optimized for digital platforms and social media.

Editor will also manage project files, maintain organized workflows, and stay current with emerging video trends and tools.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including working with raw footage, timelines, and multi-format outputs.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and high-quality final delivery.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and brand alignment.
- Experience with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Solid understanding of aspect ratios, codecs, and export settings for web, social media, and broadcast platforms.
- Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to work within brand guidelines and creative briefs.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred; a strong portfolio of past video projects is required.
