Role Description The Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for editing video content that showcases training sessions, events, promotional campaigns, and brand storytelling across digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, selecting and trimming clips, enhancing audio and visuals, applying color grading, and integrating motion graphics and branding elements.

Editor will collaborate with instructors and the marketing team to plan video concepts,



maintain visual consistency, and deliver content that aligns with the academy’s values and messaging. The role also involves organizing media assets, managing file workflows, and preparing videos optimized for social media, websites, and other marketing channels.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for creating high-quality, engaging video content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent visual style and polished final output.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support branding and storytelling.
- Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic audio editing.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Strong organizational skills for managing footage, project files, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with instructors, marketing, and management teams.
- Previous experience creating content for sports, fitness, or martial arts brands is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in media, film, communications, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
