Role Description The Video Editor role at HypeHaus Digital is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished videos for social media and digital campaigns, including cutting, sequencing, adding transitions, and syncing audio. Daily tasks include collaborating with creative strategists, designers, and content teams to understand project objectives, applying color grading, basic sound adjustments, and integrating motion graphics or graphic elements as needed. The role also involves organizing and managing media assets, maintaining consistent brand style across content, and preparing video files for various platforms and formats.

Editor will contribute ideas to improve visual storytelling and support timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to enhance visual consistency, mood, and overall quality of content.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support energetic, engaging social media and digital videos.
- Experience with industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop or similar tools).
- Solid understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific best practices for video content.
- Strong visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a collaborative studio environment.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial; a portfolio showcasing previous video work is required.
