Role Description The Video Editor - High-End Documentary Style is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. The person in this role will craft narrative-driven, documentary-style videos that align with strategic brand positioning for founders, executives, and institutions.

Day-to-day tasks include editing raw footage into cohesive stories, selecting and refining sound and visuals, performing color grading for cinematic quality, and collaborating closely with the creative and strategy teams to maintain narrative integrity and emotional depth.

Editor will also integrate motion graphics and graphic elements when needed, organize and manage media assets, and maintain consistency with brand guidelines and project timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for documentary-style, narrative-driven content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to achieve high-end, cinematic visual quality.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and on-screen clarity.
- Advanced command of professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro) and related post-production tools.
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex stories, handle long-form content, and maintain authenticity and depth in narrative editing.
- Attention to detail, strong visual and audio sensibilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with creative, strategy, and production teams on-site.
- Prior experience in documentary, branded content, or high-end corporate films is highly beneficial; a portfolio or showreel showcasing relevant work is required.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is a plus, though equivalent professional experience is valued.
