We’re looking for a creative Video Editor who understands social media content, knows what is trending, and can turn raw footage into engaging videos that people actually want to watch.

You’ll work closely with our content and social media team to create Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, talking-head content, and other short-form content for our clients.

What You’ll Do

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos.
- Understand and apply trending video styles, editing patterns, hooks, transitions, and formats.
- Turn raw footage into engaging, story-driven videos.
- Add captions, subtitles, motion graphics, sound effects, music, B-roll, and transitions where required.
- Create different editing styles depending on the client, niche, and content objective.
- Keep up with current Instagram and social media trends and bring new ideas to the team.
- Work with scripts, briefs, and raw footage provided by the content team.
- Make revisions based on feedback and deliver videos within deadlines.
- Maintain consistency in branding, fonts, colours, captions, and overall visual style.
- Help improve the overall quality and creativity of our video content.

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in video editing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Good understanding of short-form content and social media.
- Someone who actively follows Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts,



and current editing trends.
- Good sense of timing, pacing, storytelling, music, and visual flow.
- Ability to understand what makes a video engaging in the first few seconds.
- Attention to detail and willingness to improve based on feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset — we want someone who can bring ideas, not just follow instructions.

- Motion graphics
- Basic After Effects
- Camera handling / basic videography
- Colour correction and grading
- Experience editing content for businesses, doctors, founders, or personal brands
- Understanding of social media algorithms and retention
- Ability to suggest better hooks or editing approaches
