Video Editor Intern*

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Intern to create engaging short-form video content for our gym/fitness page. The role will primarily involve editing Instagram Reels, with approximately 7–9 reels per month, depending on the content schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit engaging and creative Instagram Reels for a fitness/gym page.
- Create edits using masking, transitions, motion effects, text animations, and other creative techniques.
- Analyse current fitness and social media editing trends and incorporate relevant ideas into content.
- Understand the page's visual style and maintain consistency across all reels.
- Take creative inspiration from reference profiles and develop unique editing concepts.
- Ensure videos are visually appealing, engaging, and suitable for social media.




- Collaborate with the team to understand content requirements and implement feedback.

Requirements

- Basic to valuable knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Creativity and a good sense of transitions, pacing, masking, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to identify and understand current social media/fitness content trends.

Good attention to detail.
- A portfolio or sample edits will be preferred.
