Position Overview Looking for a Vice President - Solutions with 15-18 years of experience in P&C; / Specialty / Reinsurance domain, possessing strong solutioning, architecture, and consultative leadership expertise.

Location: Bengaluru / Gurgaon / Kolkata / Noida / Pune.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end solution design across Underwriting, Claims, Policy Admin, Finance Ops, CAT Modeling, Reinsurance, and Data & Analytics using cloud-native architectures, microservices, and API-first integration while embedding AI/ML, GenAI, and agentic automation.
- Engage with CXOs, business heads, and technology leaders to run discovery workshops, current-state assessments, and future-state blueprinting.
- Own solutioning for RFPs, proactive proposals, and large transformation deals (USD 5M ), creating robust solution narratives, architecture diagrams, staffing models, and pricing structures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, cloud, DevOps, data, and digital office teams to align on unified client solution approaches.
- Build detailed effort estimations,



cost models, risk mitigation plans, and ensure smooth transition from solutioning to delivery during program kickoff.

Requirements

- 15-18 years of experience in P&C; / Specialty / Reinsurance, with a strong domain understanding in Underwriting, Claims, Finance Ops, Exposure Management, Bordereaux, Policy Admin, CAT Modeling, or Broker Operations.
- Experience in building solutions and frameworks from scratch on either the outsourcing provider side (e.g., Accenture, Capgemini, EY, Genpact, HCL, Infosys, Wipro) or the carrier/insurer side.
- Valuable understanding and implementation track record of Agentic AI, GenAI, LLMOps, RPA, IDP, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) along with data engineering tools (Snowflake, Databricks).
- Strong experience in solutioning large transformation programs, process consulting, Target Operating Model (TOM) design, and complex financial pricing models (FTE, outcome-based, transaction-based).
- Exceptional executive presence, written/verbal communication, and ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed workplace.
