Our business is associated with established brands in the plumbing and sanitary segment, including Kohler and Jaquar , along with our own product and manufacturing operations.

Our sister concern, Aagam , is a manufacturing company operating in the FRP product segment and handles a business turnover of approximately ₹150 Crore .

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Vice President / Business Head who can take overall responsibility for business growth, strategic expansion, sales, operations, profitability and organizational development.

The candidate should have demonstrated experience in managing a sizeable business and should be capable of independently handling a business with a turnover of ₹150 Crore or above .

Key Responsibilities

- Take overall responsibility for business growth and profitability .
- Develop and execute long-term business strategies.
- Lead Sales, Marketing, Operations and Business Development .
- Expand the dealer, distributor and channel network.
- Identify new markets, products and business opportunities.
- Improve revenue, margins and overall business performance.




- Build strong relationships with major customers, dealers, distributors and institutional clients.
- Lead and develop senior and middle-management teams.
- Establish business targets, KPIs and performance-monitoring systems.
- Strengthen the company's brand positioning and market presence.
- Drive expansion across Plumbing, Sanitary, FRP, CPVC and PVC product segments.
- Work closely with the Managing Director / Promoters on strategic business decisions.
- Take ownership of achieving aggressive growth targets.
- Develop systems and processes to support scalable business expansion.

Candidate Profile We are looking for a senior qualified who has:
- 15–25+ years of relevant industry experience .
- Proven experience handling a business of ₹150 Crore–₹200 Crore+ turnover .
- Strong experience in Plumbing / Sanitary / Building Materials / Pipes & Fittings / FRP / CPVC / PVC or related industries.
- Strong exposure to dealer and distributor networks.
- Experience managing large sales and business teams.
- Strong commercial and P&L; understanding.
- Experience in business expansion and market development.
- Robust leadership and decision-making capability.
- Ability to work directly with promoters / MD / senior management.
- A proven track record of delivering business growth.
